Conference Materials
Conference materials will be available on the MPL Association app. The app is accessible via mobile device and computer browser. You will receive download and login information by email prior to the event. Onsite information and assistance also will be available.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All requests must be made in writing and sent via email to MPL Association. Those who request a refund on or before Friday, May 1, will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Due to contractual commitments, all registrations and cancellations received after Friday, May 1, including all no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions are permitted with notification. Conference Attire
The dress code for the Conference is business casual. May weather in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, averages a daytime high in the mid-70s and nighttime low in the mid-50s.
The MPL Association encourages all Conference attendees who engage in business meetings during the Conference to do so only with persons who are confirmed registrants. If you are not sure if a person is registered, please contact the MPL Association Meetings Department, Meetings@MPLassociation.org. Conference registrants are reminded that those who make use of the Conference venue without registering deprive the MPL Association and its members of a substantial source of revenue and leave other registered attendees to bear the costs.
